Named by the wiki as one of the fusions players complained about most — common enough that it was blamed for making the mode feel "unplayable".

Pick two kits and play with both kits' items and abilities at once. That turns 115 kits into thousands of pairings — below are the 8 actually documented by the wiki or named on camera. We don't publish fusions we haven't seen sourced.
Not every pairing works. The wiki records fusions that fail outright — conflicting kit abilities, a kit's individual item being lost when you die, and items applied by another kit's passive misfunctioning. Worth testing an unusual pairing in a casual match before you take it into ranked.
Three pairings dominated Kit Fusion hard enough that the wiki records players calling the mode unplayable because of them. All three were nerfed on March 6, 2026 — so read these as the history of the mode's balance, not as a shopping list. They are the clearest signal we have of which ability types stack dangerously.

A second stacked-ranged pairing the wiki lists among the overpowered fusions that drew criticism.

The third fusion the wiki calls out by name as overpowered and widely disliked.

Fusion stacks systems that were never designed to meet, and the wiki logs the results. These are documented interactions rather than recommendations — several are outright bugs, and a bug that is written down is usually a bug that has since been fixed.
Using Hannah's execute ability while running Barbarian could inflate the amount of rage generated.

The same Hannah execute interaction, but with Lucía it inflated candy instead of rage.

The wiki records a bug where holding up the infernal shield with this pairing made players nearly invincible.

These come out of BedWars tier-list videos, where a creator stops to say which kit they would pair a kit with. Each one is a single creator's opinion, quoted in their own words with a link to the exact second — not a verdict of ours, and not tested by us.
“Next one, we got the Trinity. All right, the Trinity kit is a good kit. All right, it deals good damage with the void. The healing is actually pretty good. You can spawn kill with it when you partner it, you know, what was the kit fusion? You fuse this with Adetunde, you're going to be unkillable, man. I'm telling you. So, I'm putting it in the good section, all right, much better than the Minor. No, Minor is way mor”

Creators sometimes flag a kit as strong specifically in Kit Fusion without naming what to pair it with. That is worth knowing on its own — but it is not a combo, so we are not going to dress it up as one.
Eldertree
tank
“Elder Tree. This This is probably easy S I I'm assuming cuz they made it so you can just pick up the orbs now without having to hold F. You can just easily get orbs. Especially in kit fusion, he's really strong. And ranked as well,”

Martin
tank
“other comments there. Martin, Martin low-key is kind of underrated. Low-key underrated, especially in kit fusion. I'm going to put him but he's not really like the greatest. I'll put him B or C-tier, [music] probably C-tier.”

Arachne
movement
“him in A-tier. Arachne or whatever this kit's name is, I kind of forgot, but I'd say this kit is pretty trash, I'll be honest. Like the spiders, you they could just kill it so easily or just run away. So, but at least you could cross bridges and you could do this plus lassian and kit fusion, so it's all right. I'mma put it I'mma put it like C or D-tier. I'll”

Note: The partner name here ("lassian") is auto-caption garble. It most plausibly runs together the kit Lassy with the next word, but the captions are not clear enough to be sure, so we will not publish it as a pairing. Quoted in full so you can judge it yourself.
Kit Fusion is combinatorial — two kits from a roster of 115 is thousands of pairings, and almost none of them have been written about by anyone. We could fill this page by guessing which abilities sound good together. We would rather ship 8 pairings you can verify than 200 we made up. If you find a fusion worth adding, it goes on here with a source next to it.
Two more pairings were cut during research: kit names in the auto-generated captions that match no kit in the game, so there was no honest way to attribute them.
Kit Fusion is a BedWars gamemode added on 9 May 2025. It plays out like squads, except you pick a second kit alongside your primary one and play the match with both kits' items and abilities at once.
Two. When the match loads you get a 30-second window to choose your two kits before the game begins.
Either interact with the Kit Fusion NPC in the lobby, or pick the gamemode from the "Play" button.
No. The wiki records combinations that break because the two kits' abilities conflict — a kit's individual item can be lost on death, and items applied by another kit's passive can misfunction. An unusual pairing is worth testing in a casual match before you rely on it.
The wiki names Eldertree + Void Knight, Vanessa + Archer, and Uma + Aery as the fusions players criticised as overpowered. All three were nerfed on March 6, 2026, so treat them as history rather than current advice.
The gamemode used to be called Combined Kit.
