1. Who we are

RBXBedWars ("we", "this site") is an independent information site about the Roblox game BedWars, operated at rbxbedwars.com. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit it. Contact details are on the contact page.

2. Information we collect

You do not need an account to use any part of this site, and there is nothing on it that asks you to submit personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, Roblox usernames or payment details, because there is no feature here that would use them.

Like any website, our servers and analytics record ordinary technical information about visits:

• Which pages were viewed, and how long the visit lasted
• The site or search that referred you here
• Browser and operating system type and version
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Approximate location, at country or region level only — never a street address
• IP address, in server logs, used for security and abuse prevention and not linked to any profile

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site's cookies fall into three groups:

• Essential. Remember your cookie choice and basic site preferences. These cannot be switched off, because without them the site cannot remember that you declined the others.
• Analytics. Set by Google Analytics so we can see which pages are useful and which are not.
• Advertising. Set by Google AdSense to serve and measure ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you consent through the message shown on your first visit. Elsewhere they are used by default and you may opt out at any time. In every region you can change your choice later using the Privacy Settings link in the footer.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages get read, which get ignored, and where visitors arrive from. It reports patterns across all visitors, not individuals, and we do not use it to identify anyone. Where analytics cookies are declined, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that stores no identifier on your device.

5. Advertising

This site is funded by advertising, served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to select and measure ads. We do not receive your personal information from advertisers, and we do not provide them with any, because we do not have any to provide.

You can turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party advertising cookies more broadly at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com.

6. Embedded content from other sites

Pages here link out to YouTube videos so you can check what a creator said at the exact moment they said it. Following one of those links takes you to YouTube, where Google's own privacy policy applies rather than ours. Kit images are served from this site, not hot-linked from Roblox, so simply reading a page does not report your visit to a third party beyond the analytics and advertising described above.

7. Children's privacy

BedWars is played by a young audience and we have designed this site accordingly: there is nothing here for a child to sign up to, and nothing that asks them for information. There are no accounts, no profiles, no comments, no uploads, no messaging and no public leaderboard. Nothing a visitor does on this site is visible to any other visitor.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and because the site collects no personal information from anyone, we hold none. Advertising is configured to be treated as child-directed where required, which restricts it to non-personalised ads.

8. Data sharing and retention

We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors, and there is no visitor database to sell. Anonymous usage data is processed by Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above, and by our hosting provider in the form of ordinary server logs. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention period of 14 months. Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and troubleshooting.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to:

• Ask what data is held about you
• Ask for it to be deleted
• Refuse analytics and advertising cookies, or withdraw consent later
• Object to processing, or complain to your local data protection authority

In practice, the fastest way to exercise most of these here is the Privacy Settings link in the footer, since we hold no account to look you up by. For anything else, contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
